1st Hour - Biology II

Biology II is a survey of the diversity and complexity of life on earth, as well as an introduction to major fields of study within the Biological Sciences. In Biology II, students will be exposed to all of the major groups of living organisms, from microbes to mammals and everything in between. This exposure teaches students trends in evolution and the development of life on Earth. The final portion of this course is intended to introduce students to professional fields of study, with hands on experience working with microorganisms, common ecology techniques, and field studies.molecular basis of heredity, biological diversity, matter, energy, and organization in living systems.
