My name is Cheryl Bearbow-Dezell. I teach 11th grade World History.
I graduated from Elgin High School and received a BA-Social Studies Education from Cameron University. I have worked with the Elgin Public School District for 25 years. In that time, I have worked in federal programs (25 yrs), coaching (2 yrs), bus driving (19 yrs), and teaching (13 yrs). I also work with the Indian Heritage Club and Native Studies Language Classes (Kiowa/Comanche). I am a member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma, Mt. Scott Kiowa United Methodist Church and the Oklahoma Historical Society.
